We are proud of our offerings, having produced a plant based, whole food product, enhanced with organic fruit and herb extracts that even Mother Nature believes are her own.
Our rich, dark balsamic vinegar, used as our base for each flavor, comes direct from farm producers in Modena Italy and is of traditional artisan quality. There are no shortcuts, no sugars added, no chemicals, thickeners or colorings. All are vegan & gluten free.

Our balsamic vinegar blends are a perfect pairing for the produce, fruits, meats, breads and cheeses our neighboring vendors bring to market each week.

Björn’s Colorado Honey offers local Colorado honey and bee-pollen plus hive-based skincare featuring beeswax, honey, and propolis.
We are small-batch, local, honey producers based in Brighton with hives in Boulder and Weld Counties. Pontus, our beekeeper, grew up in Sweden and learned the practice from his grandfather Björn; the company’s namesake.
